Who can purchase products on the site?
Any resident of Canada that is 19+ years.
Are there samples of products available?
Currently, we do not offer samples for individual products. However, we do occasionally offer samples with purchases or promotions.

How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For your privacy, a discreet name will appear on your billing statement.
Can I change or cancel my order once it's been placed?
We strive to process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after the order has been processed. We are not responsible for costs associated with incorrectly addressed or refused packages.
Shipping & Delivery
What is the cost of shipping?
We offer free shipping based on your order subtotal:
- Orders over $120 qualify for free 2-4 day shipping
- Orders over $200 qualify for free next-day delivery
- For orders under $120, we charge a flat Canada-wide shipping fee of $15.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Here’s what to expect:
- Orders placed before 12 PM PST (Monday–Friday) are processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM PST will ship the next business day.
- Weekend orders are processed the following Monday.
Standard shipping typically takes 2–4 business days.
If you qualify for next-day delivery and place your order before 12 PM PST, it will arrive the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
No, there is no international shipping at this time.

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to avoid any delays or additional charges. We are not responsible for costs associated with incorrectly addressed or refused packages.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes, all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure privacy and discretion.
